Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which is a system and strategy for managing company relationships with customers. The goal is to improve service, retain customers, and attract new potential customers, CRM too is a strategy used by various organizations to study customer needs and behavior to build and create extensive relationships with customers. Ud.Aisyah is a business that operates in the field of selling and producing emping chips. The problem that occurs in this business is that Ud.Aisyah has 57 regular customers who always order emping every month, however, the sales turnover at Ud.Aisyah is ahead of the year 2023, a drastic decrease of up to 50% compared to the previous year due to other competitors. Apart from that, business owners also have difficulty carrying out promotions and recapitulating sales and income every month, making it difficult to carry out sales strategies in order to increase income and expand the target market to outside the city or even throughout Indonesia. The results and conclusions that the researchers got were that with the construction of an E-CRM based system at Ud.Aisyah, sales income has now become normal so it is hoped that in the future it will continue to increase and increase. Apart from that, the benefits of this system can help and make it easier for business owners to promote products and provide The best service for customers so that customers no longer need to come to the place of business to order products by simply accessing the Ud.Aisyah website.
