PEMBERIAN BONUS KARYAWAN HOTEL TARESO DENGAN METODE TOPSIS

Employees are an asset owned by the company as a means to achieve company goals. In this case an employee who receives the bonus must meet certain criteria related to discipline, performance and productivity as determined by the company. The problem with giving bonuses to employees at the TARESO Hotel is that there are distributions of bonuses that are not on target, such as distribution of bonuses that are not in accordance with the provisions, and there is no transparency of assessment data which allows subjective assessments so that the distribution of bonuses does not match reality which exists. In achieving this goal, the manager gives bonuses to the most superior employees every month. TOPSIS is one of the multicriteria decision making methods or alternative choices which is an alternative that has the smallest distance from the positive ideal solution and the greatest distance from the negative ideal solution. From the results of the implementation and testing of the results it can be explained that the decision support system that has been created can provide convenience in the process of awarding employee bonuses.
