ANALISIS METODE TOPSI DALAM MENENTUKAN PENERIMA BIBIT IKAN LELE DI PULAU RAKYAT

Catfish is a type of fish that is often cultivated by many people. This fish is the fish most people are interested in consuming because the price is affordable and can be found anywhere. The researcher's observation location was at the Pulau Rakyat Pekan Village Office, Pulau Rakyat District, Asahan, which is the provider of the assistance program for providing catfish seeds. So far, the Pulau Rakyat Pekan Village Office has received assistance from catfish seeds by only prioritizing those who register quickly and bring a business permit or catfish farming certificate. This actually ignores catfish farmers who experience a decline in production or do not have the capital to purchase catfish seeds. In fact, there are factors that must be taken into consideration by the village government, such as whether the family is well off or not, whether their income is large or small or others. The method used by researchers is the TOPSIS method. From the results of designing and building a system using PHP and a MySql database for a decision support system for recipients of catfish seed assistance, producing an accurate decision support system based on alternatives or criteria that already exist at the Pulau Rakyat Pekan Village Office, so that this system can help simplify the process of determining recipients of aid for catfish seeds through the application of the topsis method easily and quickly.
